1 Mom
2 Shots of espresso
6 Twelve-year old girls
100 Stores to shop in
1000 Dresses to choose from

I had the privelage of making memories with my daughter and her friends on Memorial Day. We shopped 'til we dropped in a mission to find the perfect dress for Sixth Grade Graduation.

I had no idea that Sixth Grade Graduation was such a big event. In fact, I doubt it means much at other schools but it is a special milestone in the lives of those at Sacred Heart. Most of the 24 graduates have been together since pre-school. They have shared First Communion, Thanksgiving Feasts, Frog-in-the-Bog, reading buddies, family groups, countless Prime-Time Sleep-overs, Hot Dog Days and Masses, plus an entire week together at Camp High Hope. They have been eating, sleeping, playing and praying together for more than half their lives . . .

They graduate with a priceless gift of Sacred Memories from Sacred Heart.

Oh . . . and we did find the perfect dress.
Believe it or not, it only cost $30 --- and 300 gray hairs!!!
