And the winner is . . .

I have a license to brag. It says so on each of my children's birth certificates.

At the recent City Meet in Warsaw (the Olympics to all the grade schoolers) Sarah definitely earned her title as Sacred Heart's MVP. As the photo shows, she literally ran away with the victory in the 200 meter run --- and beat all the boys' times too! She also easily won the 50 meter run, placed 3rd in the high jump and her team placed 2nd in the 4 X 100 meter relay. Not bad for someone who doesn't like to run!

Dad, the ex-track coach, is particularly proud and very impressed with her uncoached, natural running form.

We both hope and pray that she continues to out-run the boys!!!

Can she out run Dad? That is more important.

I, too, hope she continues to outrun the boys!!! And I'm also very proud of her achievements.

The truth be told...I am not sure I can run faster than her anymore. There was a time when I could out run my son but many years have passed and I don't run too fast anymore and not very far for that matter.

Nice shots! She's not easy to catch, even with a camera!
